About Monica:



My name is Monica Moran-Pachl. I am Peggy's daughter and recently completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago. I have grown up surrounded by animals and animal training, and have worked under my mother's tutelage as an assistant trainer for many years.

I have taught dog training classes, consulted on problem behavior, and have provided in-home pet care and training. Along with my mom, I am cofounder of an animal education program through which I frequently visit public schools to teach children about animal behavior and learning theory. I presently offer weekday in-home "day-training" visits for stay-at-home dogs as a fun and educational alternative to standard dog walking. I also offer both live-in and visiting pet/ house sitting services.
